MOMENT IS THE MEDICINE
Frequently asked questions
What is Physiotherapy and how can it help me?
Physiotherapy (also called physical therapy) is a healthcare service that aims to restore, maintain and improve your physical function, mobility, strength and quality of life. We treat a wide range of conditions such as back/neck pain, joint injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, muscular or neurological disorders, sports injuries, balance problems, and more.
Do I need a Doctor’s Prescription to start physiotherapy?
In many cases you do not need a Prescription — you can access physiotherapy directly. However, In some Critical cases you may require a Presciption. At our center, we’ll check this for you when you visit us.
What happens on my first visit?
You’ll meet one of our licensed physiotherapists who will take your medical history, ask about your symptoms, and perform a physical assessment (mobility, strength, flexibility, joint/muscle function) to create a personalized treatment plan. You may receive some treatment during the first session, and you’ll be given a set of home exercises to begin.
How many sessions will I need and how long will it take to see improvements?
This depends entirely on your condition: how long you’ve had it, how serious it is, your overall health and how consistently you follow the plan (including home exercises). Some people start seeing improvements in a few weeks, others may need months. Patience and consistency are key.
How is your clinic different from others?
We provide personalised one-on-one care with a dedicated physiotherapist for continuity. We emphasise not just treating symptoms but addressing the root causes, educating you for long-term self-management.
